Positions available:
Site Director

Job Responsibilities
Understands the concepts of mutual respect, responsibility, and communication and interaction with children, parents, and staff.
Guides and assists in the #development of program content and special events.
Assist in the development, training, and ongoing educational requirements through orientation, training, and continued education opportunities.
Understands the group leader’s role as that of facilitator vs. instructor.
Communicate problems, issues, or concerns with the supervisor.
Possess the ability to relate to children, parents, peers, branch staff, volunteers, and the community.
Must pass a medical examination.
Keep up-to-date records of all children participating in the program.
Manage staff scheduling for the site.
Manage attendance sheets for the assigned site.
Manage staff files and paperwork.
Must pass CPS (Child Protective Services) and FBI criminal background check.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience


Previous experience working with children in a developmentally appropriate group setting.
Minimum age of 21
First Aid, CPR, and AED, training within 30 days of hire.
45 Hr. School-Age/ 45 Hr. Growth & Development / 9HR Communication
Director Trainings (Medication Administration, Emergency Preparedness, Director Regulation Training, ADA, Basic Health & Safety, Covid-19 in Childcare.
Ability to plan, organize, and implement high-quality developmentally appropriate programming.
