Cultures in the Classroom

Cultural understanding and acceptance are essential concepts for all human beings across the world. When we begin teaching these concepts to our youngest children, we put them on the path to becoming compassionate and empathetic towards others. Teachers who have the knowledge and skills to celebrate culture and diversity in the classroom can foster that sense of acceptance in the children they work with. Infant and Toddler teachers working in all childcare settings will benefit from understanding how culture impacts development and how to develop strategies to incorporate cultures into daily activities.

We here at H&H Child Care Training know and understand the value each culture brings into the classroom, and have created courses to guide you on your journey.  Some classes included Cultures in the Classroom or Bienvenido! Welcoming All Families to just name a few.  To see a full list of all the culture and diversity classes that we offer please click here and schedule your next training today!

H & H Child Care Training Courses grant .2 CEUs or more as well as awarding state-approved clock hours of 2 or more for all childcare centers, and family childcare providers in many states.  Check with your licensing agency to check for any additional requirements and to see if we are approved in your home state.
