Want to learn how to captivate your young audience the instant you read the title? Do you want to fully engage your children with every turn of the page? Early childhood education professionals must make it a practice to develop a love and interest in the written word in order to encourage successful reading development in young children. After this session, learners will be able to describe the importance of reading aloud to young children; explain the read aloud techniques; and demonstrate the read aloud techniques to engage young readers.
