As adults, stress seems to be one of the many things we are forced to contend with. If not properly managed, stress can become a debilitating entity that affects our physical and mental health, as well as the children and colleagues within our childcare programs. After successful completion of this 3-hour in-person/Zoom child care training course, participants will be able to:
● Identify the definition of stress and its different types;
● Identify common sources and symptoms of stress amongst childcare providers; and
● Demonstrate an understanding of techniques that can help reduce and manage stress.
