Compare different listening and responsive techniques 2. Explain conversational intent, and inviting consent 3. Demonstrate ways to ask open-ended and creative questions 4. Understand the importance of expressing appreciation and 5. Identify strategies to communicate with families & increase community engagement Upon successful completion of this course students will earn a certificate in 3 hours of Professionalism, and 2 hours of Community. Approval numbers MSDE CKO-320 and IACET Accreditation.
