Teachers of children from birth to 5 will gain valuable insight and strategies regarding kindergarten readiness and how they can support young learners. In this 3-hour in-person/Zoom training topics are focused on the basic cognitive and physical skills young children should have before beginning kindergarten. An emphasis is placed on the importance of developing social and emotional skills as children enter school. Participants will learn strategies for supporting young learners in developing social and emotional skills as well.
