Course description:
The early years of life are extremely important for a child’s later health and development. Supporting healthy brain development starts with providing nurturing and responsive care. Experiences, both positive and negative, shape children's development and oftentimes have lifelong effects. This three-hour training will provide early childhood educators with the information they will need to help support the children in their programs, as well as their families, nurture children's bodies and minds and thereby ensure their brains can grow healthy and reach their full potential.
