Course description:
As a Family Child Care provider, you wear many hats, and one of those hats needs to be that of marketing. Successful marketing does not have to be expensive nor difficult. In this training you will understand the benefits of marking your family childcare program; understand where and how to market your program using various marketing strategies; and identify communication strategies to improve customer service when interacting with the community.
