H&H Child Care Training Center provides Medication Administration and the Prevention of and Response to Food and Other Allergies in the Child Care Environment, a 2-hour training course specific to Nevada providers. This course is being offered to Nevada providers free of charge.

This course has been approved by the Nevada Registry, Approval Code: 88634. *This training can be taken to meet the initial training requirement for Medication Administration.*

Ensuring the safe administration of medication and managing food allergies are essential elements of quality early childhood care. Providers must know best practices in managing medication in a childcare setting to ensure the safety of the children in their care. In addition, the prevention and response to allergic reactions are critical in providing a safe space for children to learn and grow. This course was written and developed by a Licensed Nurse.
